New holland boomers are available with rear discharge MMM, and JD makes front mounts with rear discharge. Are they a better mower, faster, better cut? Can trim on both sides. Can you mow just as quick with rear discharge, or do they clump? Anyone own the new holland with rear discharge?

I have the New Holland 72" MMM with rear discharge, I have cut some extreamly heavy grass and never had it clump up too bad. The grass was slightly wet once and left a small bit of grass between where the blades meet but that is about it. In extreamly heavy grass I do have to slow down a bit or my TC33D will bog down. ....

How fast can you mow through dry grass with the 72" MMM rear discharge? Are you happy with the turning radius? ....

Normally I mow in mid range with it the tractor moving as fast as it can. I do sometimes mow in high range, but only after the spring and the grass isn't as thick. I am extreamly happy with the truning radius, I can almost turn around at the end of a line and have the left side meet back up right where it left off, I normally go a little past the tall grass at the end so when I turn I do meet back up, depending on the type of ground your mowing on turning that sharp may cause a little grass to rip up, I also do have supersteer.
